Before you come in
What to bring.
- Any blood work from the last six months, even if you were told it was normal
- Current prescriptions and supplements, including anything you buy over the counter
- Scan reports if you have them, such as an ultrasound for PCOS or fatty liver
- A rough sense of what you ate over the last three days, however imperfect
- Your actual daily schedule, including work hours and who does the cooking
No recent tests? Come anyway. We'll decide together which are worth doing.

Do you consult online?
Yes. Video consultations work across India and internationally, and follow-ups are usually online either way.
How long is the first consultation?
Between 45 and 60 minutes. Follow-ups are shorter.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. If something in your reports needs medical attention, I'll tell you and refer you on.
Will I have to stop eating rice and roti?
No. Cutting staples is why most plans fail. Portions, pairing and timing change instead.
Do you sell supplements?
No. I don't sell them and I don't earn from any brand. Where a deficiency is documented, I'll tell you what to take and for how long.
What are the consultation fees?
Fees vary by consultation type. Message on WhatsApp or call the clinic and you'll get a straight answer before booking.
