What progress actually looks like.
The scale moves last. Energy, digestion, joint pain, sleep and lab values shift well before it does, so those are what we track.

Honest expectations
What I won't promise you.
I won't give you a kilo-per-week figure. Bodies differ, conditions differ, and anyone quoting you a fixed number before seeing your reports is guessing.
I won't tell you nutrition replaces your medication. It works alongside it. Sometimes the numbers improve enough that your doctor revisits the dose, and that decision stays with them.
And I won't promise it'll be quick. Energy and digestion move in the first few weeks. Cycles, lab values and weight take two to three months. That's biology, not effort.

Bring your reports. We'll go through them together and you'll leave knowing what's actually going on.
